Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name, your email and, if you provide it, your organization;
- the message you write;
- your consents (checked boxes), with the date and time.
The site uses no tracking cookies and no audience analytics.
Why
To answer your request, schedule a call and, if needed, prepare a quote. We send you our AI news and tips only if you checked the box for it. We never sell or rent your information.
Providers that process your information
- Netlify hosts the site; its servers briefly log technical data (IP address, browser) to deliver the pages and protect them.
- Google Workspace hosts our email and the spreadsheet where each request is recorded.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts; your browser sends your IP address to Google to download them.
These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where different laws apply.
Retention
An inquiry that goes no further is deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange. Client information is kept for the length of the business relationship, then as long as our legal and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@nextevolutionagency.com. We reply within 30 days.
You can also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, if you are in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Newsletter
Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply STOP, and we remove your address the same day.
Changes
We will post any change on this page, with its effective date.
